We hope everyone is enjoying their spring break! We are excited to have everyone back in class on Monday, March 31st! Due to the fire last week, there have been a few changes. Classes will be in the same building, however they will not be held at Door 6. There will be staff members outside directing students where they need to go. We are working to make the last few weeks of the term go as smoothly as possible for everyone.

UPDATE: The Excel Center will remain closed Friday, March 21. However, The Academy will be open for any students enrolled in CPR classes. Spring break begins Monday, March 24 and classes will resume as scheduled on Monday, March 31.

Our last (but definitely not least) featured Life Coach of the week is Nuno Solano de Almeida!💙💚 He is the newest addition to our team, but we are so grateful to have him because he has already been a wonderful resource as we improve and develop our data collection and interpretation. Before she joined our team of Life Coaches, she worked as a Human Resources Assistant and a Missions Services Specialist for Goodwill Industries of Arkansas. Although she is one of our newer Life Coaches, her talents have been an incredible addition to our team. She is a constant support and mentor to our newer Life Coaches. Becky has been a Life Coach for us at The Excel Center since the school opened in 2017. She is responsible for supporting our team of Life Coaches by mentoring them and guiding them on how to best serve our students. A Fun Fact about Becky is that prior to coming to The Excel Center, she and her husband spent 10 years as house parents to groups of girls in our state’s foster care system.
