At the end of Term 1, students and staff came together to nominate students who reflect each of the following character traits and values: Integrity, Respect, Leadership, Attitude, Adaptability, Growth Mindset, Emotional Intelligence, Collaboration, Explore, Attendance, Self-Control & Awareness.
We are so PROUD of these students and love having this opportunity to recognize them! For some of these students, this is the first award they have EVER received!

It was a meaningful opportunity to come together and highlight the importance of creating inclusive employment opportunities and supporting individuals with disabilities as they pursue meaningful careers and greater independence.
We were proud to have Melvin Williams share a few words about our partnership and the important work we are doing together to connect individuals with resources, education, training, and employment opportunities.
We were also honored to hear from Mayor Tom Farmer and Gary James, CEO & President of the Benton Area Chamber of Commerce, as they helped recognize this important initiative and the impact it has on our community.
We are grateful for partnerships like these that remind us that when we work together, we can create more opportunities for everyone. 🤝💙

What an AMAZING turnout for our 💚💚Mental Health Lunch & Learn💚💚!! Today we were honored to have Mallory Visser-Pardee, LCSW, from Rivendell Arkansas come and speak with our students about mental health resources, coping skills, and therapeutic techniques for managing the stress and barriers that many of our adult high school students face while pursuing their diploma. 💪🫶
A very special thanks to Pizza Hut and to Rivendell Arkansas for providing lunch during their visit to our facility. 🍕🍕
Students, if you have needs or you are struggling, we are here for you! We can provide you with hygiene products, transportation help, and more! Please reach out to your life coach or office staff, so that we can help you knock down barriers and stay on the path to success!🥇🥇🥇

🎉 Yesterday, we kicked off Term 2 with our school-wide Town Hall Assembly!
During the event, we reviewed school expectations, celebrated Term 1 progress, and, most importantly, recognized a few groups of students for their hard work last term.
Join us in celebrating our students who made the Honor Roll for Term 1! 👏These incredible students earned straight A’s in every class last term—a remarkable accomplishment, especially while balancing work, family, and school.

🤝Serving Our Community🤝
This morning, as part of our Professional Development, our staff had the opportunity to step outside the classroom and serve our school community by volunteering with one of our amazing community partners, the Arkansas Foodbank!🍅🌽🥕
We are grateful for opportunities like this that allow us to give back, work together as a team, and support an organization that does so much to serve our local community, especially our students and their families❤️
In just a few hours, our team packed a total of 5,417 meals that will go out to feed Arkansans right here in our very own backyard! We are proud to serve, give back, and make a difference together!
